A fair return for skilled work.
Veltris launched the Fair Field Scheme in 2023 to support a more sustainable model for professional deer management, one that recognises the skill, time and responsibility the work requires.
By promoting fair payment and preserving standards and provenance as venison enters the food chain, the scheme helps more of the value created in the field reach the people who do the work.
